The location of this place is fantastic, away from the busy promenade with a peaceful atmosphere; we would definitely return as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This accommodation had a central setting quite near the old town. The rooms were neat with french balcony and shower plus good veiw as described;)))

everything was perfect, modest hotel, the location was unbeatable short walk to beach, shops, old town, good food and the new tram stop that goes to-and-from airport, 'nice old town and the train station and promenade des anglais. the unit we got was a nice size with shower, un unfunctionnal tv, as example.

so convenient! a few minutes walk from central station in Nice. 4 minutes walk to promenade! 4 minutes walk to old city = wonderful restaurants and shopping! staff extremely helpful ; good continental breakfast starting at 7am. 4 minutes walk to bus stop to get bus 98 to airport; local bus drops you at terminal 1 or 2!! bargain at 4 euros each

budget - dont expect luxuries! but very clean!

We liked its location - it was close to the railway station for our next destination (Paris) and we could walk there easily. It was also only 10 minutes to the waterfront and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room and bed very comfortable. We also liked the room where we could hold our luggage until check-in/departure time. This had toilet facilities and even an ironing board.

We had a fantastic stay at Little Palace! the price for what we got was really reasonable. the hotel had a charming and historic feel, as it was located in a refurbished liberty building. the staff were incredibly kind and spoke English, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was cleaned daily, and we were impressed with the hot water in the shower, perfect for the winter weather. Although the heating system had a strange odor when we used it, we were provided with extra blankets to keep warm. Cons: No issues at all during our stay! 👍.

Very pretty hotel, looked nice on the outside and inside. Rooms were a good size and were well equipped, comfortable beds with a good bath room. Staff were friendly and gave us some good tips on where to go in the evenings. Good price for the standard of hotel. Well situated for the beach, train station and place masenna, about a ten minute walk from all of these. Also just up the road from the Congres bus stop which the airport 98 bus stops at.

There was a stain on the sheet of one of the beds. Air conditioning did not cool down the room despite being on the coldest setting, therefore the room was too hot. Had troble with leaving luggage as although we'd asked the night before we checked out we were told we could leave it at the hotel until 4pm the next day, in the morning it turned out the hotel was closing for the season so we had to leave luggage at the station.

The Little Palace in Nice impressed me with its cleanliness and quiet room. the staff was amazing, and the location was simply stunning! Being close to bars and restaurants was convenient, and the fact that the airport was just 10 km away was a nice touch.

I liked very much the location of the hotel, it's situated very close to anything in Nice, 8 min walk to the promenade, 10 min walk to the shopping center "Etoile". The staff is very nice and knows very good english.

The view from my room was poor (an ally) but nevermind.

For us, the location was great, near enough to the train station, close to the promenade and the pedestrian/restaurant zone. The hotel staff were always helpful and friendly and there was someone on the desk 24/7. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot make any comments on quality, quantity or value for money. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and easy and the room and bathroom were certainly spacious enough. Would recommend to anyone for a comfortable stay.

We had no complaints or negative comments to make about this hotel. As always, it would be nice to make a cup of tea or coffee in your room at night etc but those facilities are not common in Europe.

Convenient location, minutes from beach, train station, and supermarket. Room was decent for discounted price, but may not be worth full price. Good choice for budget travelers. Comfortable bed, fresh towels, and daily cleaning. a solid option for those looking for a cost-effective stay near the beach and transportation.🙂
